If you have your LOLER inspections provided by us, we are pleased to offer as an added value service free advice and support for any lift related issues regarding the day to day running of your equipment.
Lifts are complex and generally essential components of a building. When issues arise or decisions become necessary it can be difficult for lift owners to be sure that they are making the right decisions. We want our customers to have the security of knowing that they can receive impartial expert advice on all matters relating to their lifts, big or small.
At no extra cost we can advise regarding works proposed by your lift contractor, pricing and parts.
We can give independent assessments of the serviceability of parts and make recommendations with regard to replacement equipment and costs.
If issues arise regarding response times to callouts or the frequency and quality of maintenance visits we can liaise with the lift contractor on your behalf to have the issues resolved.
In the event that periods of repeat breakdowns develop or repair works fail to fully address the original issues, we can work with your lift contractor to ensure that problems are permanently and cost effectively rectified.
We can make recommendations with regard to new maintenance contracts, the appropriate frequency of maintenance visits for your site and advise on which contractors would be best placed to meet your specific needs.
The only time we charge for our advice is if we have to come to site for any extended period of time to survey equipment, investigate faults or produce specifications and tenders. This is only ever done at an upfront predetermined cost and only when requested.
